Lenore was educated at the University of Toronto and has maintained a busy teaching studio for about 35 years- first in Toronto and for the last 20 in Peterborough. She is the piano teacher at Lakefield College School. Lenore's passion for music education is evident in her enthusiasm and humour. She loves to explore all types of music and is able to teach a wide variety of styles. Lenore also teaches music theory and prepares students for examinations, if they choose.

Katie has been playing piano for over 15 years and teaching for 6. She is a regular member of various musical pit bands in Peterborough. Known for her lively and engaging teaching methods, Katie fosters creativity in students of all ages. Outside of teaching, Katie enjoys caring for her collection of 50+ plants and going on hiking trips.

Emily began learning piano at age 6, originally a Suzuki student herself at the North York Suzuki School of music. She is now working towards an ARCT in Piano Pedagogy with the Royal Conservatory and has become a certified Suzuki teacher. A life come full circle! Emily has a gentle and supportive teaching approach, helping students achieve their goals in a gradual manner. She enjoys finding music her students will like, sometimes even arranging music herself. Besides piano, Emily enjoys music production, guitar, and all types of arts and crafts. 

Peter is a Senior Examiner with the Royal Conservatory of Music, and holds multiple music diplomas and degrees. A certified Suzuki instructor, he trained in Japan and Canada and has taught in Peterborough for many years. He directs the Trent University Madrigal Singers and was previously Director of Music at Peter Robinson College. Active as a continuo player and adjudicator, he is also a life member of the College Music Society.
